It’s easy to navigate your way through the JobAdder system… there is an intuitiveness to it that would lead you along the way even if you didn’t know what you were doing. There’s also a constant desire to improve the system… to create more features and benefits for those that want to participate in it.
The key for me is the partnering element between JobAdder Support and their clients; they are always there to solve a problem or listen to improvement suggestions. You would definitely not get this reactive response from the other providers.
When you’ve got one source of truth, everything gets done through there. So from a time perspective, purely on admin alone, let alone usability, every single person has saved several hours a week by implementing JobAdder. It was a huge increase.
The guys love using JobAdder, and when the guys love using JobAdder they take to it and the complexity of day-to-day procedural things is dramatically different to the way that people feel about having to do a chore. They like using JobAdder and we all use it wherever we are with the mobile app or our laptops.
You can really see how far ahead in the process managers are – it gives me a bird’s eye view of the recruitment process and where we are falling down. I also really love that you can set up email templates, where I can bulk email [and] insert fields so it looks more personalised. It just allows me to do things quicker than if I was doing a manual process. It’s quite intuitive.
As a customer, despite JobAdder’s growth over the last 11 years, in terms of both size and customer base, one thing that remains true is that we feel like we’re listened to. It’s hard when you’re working with a growing business to still have that sense of connectedness with that business, which I’m really pleased to say that we do with JobAdder.
Support is absolutely impeccable. I’ve had responses sometimes on weekends where I wouldn’t expect a response because it’s not a priority, but someone’s picked up my ticket and delivered the answer.
We’ve stayed with JobAdder because it’s moved with the times and been proactive in its approach to releasing updates and seeking feedback. It’s really a partnership in every sense of the word.
