JobAdder was amazing with its career update function. We’ve started using that and it’s becoming really effective. It’s allowing us to have what I’d call an automated database, as opposed to having staff ring up candidates all day long. We can send out emails to 2,000 candidates today, asking them to update their details.
Of all the companies we deal with we find your support team to be by far the best. Not only do they resolve every issue quickly and efficiently but they are knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with all at the same time.
I think JobAdder has paid for itself. Previously we found we’d get all these applications and they would be mixed up with our other emails and we’d miss things. Now everything is under a specific job, we know who to contact and can do a bulk email to the recruiting manager to take a look at the candidates.
It’s brilliant because the rate at which JobAdder innovate and provide new releases is fantastic. It’s almost the reverse of a normal software company where the users are constantly saying “what about this? What about that?”
We are very much moving into a data-driven society. I think JobAdder does a great job at capturing that data. I think that Analytics is an awesome tool to add another layer of analysis on top of that data. This is really beneficial for me as a business owner, to understand some of the opportunities and some of the bottlenecks we’re facing as a business and for individuals in the business, so that we can direct our efforts to the right things
