As the majority of changes that need to be made to candidate resumes involve relatively minor amendments, JobAdder have built a feature that allows users to edit formatted resumes quickly and efficiently.
Instead of downloading and editing a resume, JobAdder users can now edit candidate resumes in realtime even if they are in PDF form. DocAdder is now a thing of the past.
Select the link from the Candidate Record. Simply open a candidate record and select ‘Update formatted resume’ and then ‘Edit with Word Online’
The resume will be opened in a popup view pane and can be edited there and then from the web browser
When the changes are complete, select ‘Save Changes’ and close the window to return to JobAdder
What you need:
A Word Online account. Users do not need a paid Google Apps or Office 365 license to use this feature.
Templates can easily be copied and pasted between Word Online docs.
