So the best thing for us about JobAdder is the fact that it provides a central location where we can store information, we can share information, we can communicate via it, so whoever is working on a specific role or project at a certain time can always access all of the information they need, so there’s never a black spot in our communication or our productivity based on which team member is working at a specific time.
I would say we’re 2-3 times quicker getting to market now then we have been previously, our ad posting is saving us a huge amount of time. We’re getting back 200 minutes a month. JobAdder provides efficiency around back-end administration, with good responsive support and is very progressive in regards to enhancements. I have no problems recommending JobAdder because overall, it’s a system that’s really hard to beat.
It’s the constant redevelopment and new initiatives that are coming out that means we haven’t even broached looking anywhere else. It’s fast, quick and enables [the team] to deliver a level of experience back to the marketplace.
You’ve got to throw yourself into these systems and work out how to use them – you can’t break JobAdder, it’s a friendly system to use, and now that I’ve found the interactive training, I know that I’m confident I’ll be able to find what I need.
The JobAdder support team are always very responsive and helpful and always follow up. I’ve connected some of our hiring managers with the JobAdder support team and they’ve been great at working through tech issues and provided a positive experience for our broader team.
