So the best thing for us about JobAdder is the fact that it provides a central location where we can store information, we can share information, we can communicate via it, so whoever is working on a specific role or project at a certain time can always access all of the information they need, so there’s never a black spot in our communication or our productivity based on which team member is working at a specific time.
We couldn’t capture any data previous to having JobAdder and monthly reporting was a nightmare. JobAdder makes it so much easier and delivers useful insights that shape our ongoing recruitment activity.
We now have a really solid core ATS. It’s enabling our recruiters to spend more time with candidates and also lets us now focus on the applicant’s experience and, following into that, the employee experience. One major achievement would be our time to hire. That’s been smashed down to around 22-odd days so we’ve halved what the KPI was.
Working from a platform that’s intuitive and easy to use for both experienced consultants and new starters, makes training, onboarding and managing client and candidate pipelines quicker, saving time and money to generate our desired results.
