We are saving a lot of time each day using workflows and staying on the home screen. Personally, I have found that I’m saving an amazing amount of time on a daily basis. The team is getting the hang of it and have been very positive about their experiences.

The implementation process was very slick. We had a timeline that was all spelled out for us, we could access that exactly the same way that the team at JobAdder could access it. So it’s very clear we knew what was happening and when. If there was any changes or additions we were told about them and updated on them. Implementing JobAdder has allowed us to bring much better consistency and clarity to the way that we do things.
The Hiring Manager tool has allowed us to further automate and reduce the amount of admin in our process. Our business is very “fast-moving”, and I believe that JobAdder aligns to that. We get the quick response time out of JobAdder, which is what we need to successfully perform in our roles.
It’s highly user-friendly. Anyone can pick it up, and if you don’t, there’s a video for something that you’re not sure of. It’s pretty intuitive.
You can really see how far ahead in the process managers are – it gives me a bird’s eye view of the recruitment process and where we are falling down. I also really love that you can set up email templates, where I can bulk email [and] insert fields so it looks more personalised. It just allows me to do things quicker than if I was doing a manual process. It’s quite intuitive.
Our remote recruiters are not necessarily reliant on our company connections, but they can be completely independent of that and use JobAdder anywhere, anytime.
Of all the companies we deal with we find your support team to be by far the best. Not only do they resolve every issue quickly and efficiently but they are knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with all at the same time.
