Integrations like HelloSign have sped things up for us and made it more engaging and easier for our candidates. We’ve been able to eliminate a clunky step in the process for our candidates, especially because a lot of our candidates work in remote regional areas where printing and scanning facilities may not be available. It also helps save a few trees eliminating the need to have paper contracts.
In comparison to our prior system, we now have the ability to build reports and to be able to report upon things that are relevant to our business again.
We know that JobAdder will be the best recruitment tool for us – it doesn’t matter what country. It’s part of having the right people in place from the beginning to get to the goal in the end. So I feel like it’s a long-term relationship with JobAdder. JobAdder is a step above some of the recruitment platforms I’ve used. It makes the process more efficient in really sifting through what’s coming in.
The training was very good because we were all using the system and we were up to speed very quickly… even our new users, when they come onboard and we give them a bit of an overview and then they do the tutorials, it’s like, okay, that makes sense.
JobAdder is the most nimble and adaptable system we have used and having moved on to it from Bullhorn, our productivity has increased immensely. Data is easy to load, searching is much more agile and we are finding candidates we did not know we had.
The support we’ve received in terms of onboarding and follow-ups has been absolutely amazing, cannot praise enough the support staff! They are always there to help and create solutions that work for us, and I’m continuously impressed with the customer service levels provided (which can be rare in this industry!).
At the end of the day, JobAdder just seemed much cleaner and easier to use and had much more functionality so it was a pretty easy decision. We’re not having to go to JobAdder and request changes. We can get in there and do it ourselves. Having a system [like JobAdder] certainly helps us to [grow] without having to add additional resources into the team.
It was the fact that JobAdder is a full package, from both a cost and usability point of view, that was most appealing… JobAdder is also quite straightforward to use; days are busy so you don’t want to be using anything that involves a lot of steps.
The implementation process was very slick. We had a timeline that was all spelled out for us, we could access that exactly the same way that the team at JobAdder could access it. So it’s very clear we knew what was happening and when. If there was any changes or additions we were told about them and updated on them. Implementing JobAdder has allowed us to bring much better consistency and clarity to the way that we do things.
