The JobAdder mobile app is amazing for our business, it’s changed the whole way that we work… It’s totally transformed how we work remotely.
I definitely use Hiring Manager, as I don’t have time to be managing candidates for my colleagues. It’s really powerful. It’s actually saving us time because we’ve got greater visibility of where we’re at with each process – it also gives us a bit of visibility to know where our high priority areas are.
I would say it has allowed us to streamline our recruitment process and posting an ad is so much easier. You just have to do it once and don’t have to go into four different programs, which is fantastic.
We can do a Career Update to freshen up our candidate pool, instead of sending emails out one by one, we can send out 100 Career Update invites at a time.
The platform is so user intuitive, the most user-intuitive ATS that I’ve seen. Getting people up to speed on JobAdder is so straightforward. We’ve got people here who are up and running within 3-4 days. For me, the three things about JobAdder that not only keep us loyal but have us advocating JobAdder to our industry colleagues are: the simplicity of the system, the innovative mindset and the transparency with which you run your business.
I think the integrations are really problem solving at scale. You can do so much more with less effort and less people. It’s really allowed us to raise the transparency for all parties in the hiring process.
Integrations like HelloSign have sped things up for us and made it more engaging and easier for our candidates. We’ve been able to eliminate a clunky step in the process for our candidates, especially because a lot of our candidates work in remote regional areas where printing and scanning facilities may not be available. It also helps save a few trees eliminating the need to have paper contracts.
The Hiring Manager tool has allowed us to further automate and reduce the amount of admin in our process. Our business is very “fast-moving”, and I believe that JobAdder aligns to that. We get the quick response time out of JobAdder, which is what we need to successfully perform in our roles.
We’ve been able to onboard different tools from Referoo to TalentTap. At the end of the day, consultants spend up to 90% of their day on one platform so it’s been great that they can stay within JobAdder and access all these tools.
