The support we’ve received in terms of onboarding and follow-ups has been absolutely amazing, cannot praise enough the support staff! If you are looking to migrate existing data from another platform or spreadsheets, JobAdder will assign an Implementation Consultant and a Data Analyst to your project. They’ll be responsible for:
- Developing your project plan
- Providing updates around key milestones
- Reviewing the quality of the data you provide
- Mapping that data to the JobAdder platform
- Any cleansing or data optimisation required
- Managing the testing phase
- Migrating your data into the platform
- Providing hands-on guidance
- Quality checking and setting you up for success

How fast you can get your account set up depends on the complexity of your needs – in particular any existing data such as candidate records you are looking to migrate over. That said, as a guide, typically standard onboarding requiring no/minimal data migration takes around 2-4 weeks, and more complex data migration requirements take up to 10 weeks. Either way, our experts will work closely with you to get you up and running with confidence.
