As novel coronavirus (COVID-19) diagnoses continue to increase around the world, JobAdder is committed to providing a safe environment for our employees and ensuring business continuity, to the best of our abilities, in service to you, our customers and partners. We are confident that coronavirus will not significantly impact the JobAdder platform and our commitment to our global community of users is unwavering.
JobAdder was established 12 years ago as a completely online business. We have offices, however there is no dependency on hardware or physical location, and all of our teams can work from anywhere.
Whilst this is a highly unusual time, it is largely business as usual for us.
We anticipate no impact to our service and believe in our ability to keep the platform running and expanding as usual, with no interruption.
We have taken increased measures to protect the health of our employees including the following:
- We have temporarily canceled all interstate and international business travel.
- We have shared best practice health tips with our team and continue to keep them updated on a daily basis.
- We are leveraging virtual meeting and communication platforms such as Zoom and Slack to ensure full productivity.
- Our executive teams are in the office as normal (although much more spread out now) and are working around the clock to find new and innovative ways to support our clients and partners.
We will continue to meticulously monitor news from the World Health Organization, among other sources and guidelines, and are committed to reassessing the situation and adjust our plans accordingly.
