How does Lead Generator work?
Each night, an intelligent bot searches for job postings by companies you currently work with, or have worked with, in JobAdder. So even if you’re too busy or have lost contact with a previous client, Lead Generator will work away in the background, alerting you of any jobs they post. I get rave reviews about the product from the team and when they’re going out of their way to say ‘hey we finally found it’… It says everything. They’re happier and producing more and it just creates a win-win culture and a fabulous team. It’s easy to navigate your way through the JobAdder system… there is an intuitiveness to it that would lead you along the way even if you didn’t know what you were doing. There’s also a constant desire to improve the system… to create more features and benefits for those that want to participate in it.
I think JobAdder has paid for itself. Previously we found we’d get all these applications and they would be mixed up with our other emails and we’d miss things. Now everything is under a specific job, we know who to contact and can do a bulk email to the recruiting manager to take a look at the candidates.
I appreciate that candidates and contacts can be added with the Chrome extension. It has helped streamline the process and makes me more efficient with my time while prospecting and researching.
Support has provided so much follow up. It’s not just a tick and flick ‘here’s your tool, see you later, you’ll never hear from us’. It’s been very involved and a very supportive learning environment. I could call five times a day and still hear a chirpy person on the other end of the phone ready to help me.

The ability for us to get through that size of a database so quickly, I think it’s fantastic. That’s been a really big help. I think JobAdder are very good at listening to ideas – if we partner with you, then when the product comes out the other end, it’s obviously going to be better aligned to what we need. I certainly think that JobAdder is the best we’ve seen on the market. We’re definitely going to be staying with it.
As a customer, despite JobAdder’s growth over the last 11 years, in terms of both size and customer base, one thing that remains true is that we feel like we’re listened to. It’s hard when you’re working with a growing business to still have that sense of connectedness with that business, which I’m really pleased to say that we do with JobAdder.
Integrations like HelloSign have sped things up for us and made it more engaging and easier for our candidates. We’ve been able to eliminate a clunky step in the process for our candidates, especially because a lot of our candidates work in remote regional areas where printing and scanning facilities may not be available. It also helps save a few trees eliminating the need to have paper contracts.
The mobile app is very useful and easy to use and we’ve been part of the feedback forum for the app which we’ve appreciated.
