JobAdder is in continuous development mode where we don’t have to be thinking – JobAdder is always listening to their clients and making changes. Often these are things that we hadn’t thought of, but when it comes through we think ‘that’s brilliant,’ or it helps our processes.
We are saving a lot of time each day using workflows and staying on the home screen. Personally, I have found that I’m saving an amazing amount of time on a daily basis. The team is getting the hang of it and have been very positive about their experiences.
The support team is fantastic and friendly, helpful, very very quick and always ensuring that there is a solution… not letting the ticket close until they are certain the issue has been resolved. I’m very impressed with that.
