What is a Career Website?
A career website, commonly referred to as a job board, is a resource used by employers and candidates. Career websites are designed so employers can post their open positions to an active candidate pool. Candidates can then review and apply to positions that are of interest to them in one place, rather than searching multiple careers pages.
