The JobAdder Agency Portal is a simple online portal that allows hiring companies and recruitment agencies to work together more effectively. Hiring companies post their job ads to their Agency Portal and select which agencies should submit candidates for the role.
Recruiters receive an email alert to review full job details
Once job ads are posted to the Agency Portal, all recruiters in the agencies you selected are notified of the new role. Recruiters will then log in to the Agency Portal to review the job ad and submit candidates.
Recruiters submit their best candidates to you all in one place
Recruiter submissions from the Agency Portal will show up like any other job applications in JobAdder and are linked to the related job. The application source will be the recruitment agency that submitted the candidate.
Avoid any fee disputes
Submitted candidates are automatically entered into your JobAdder account and assigned to the open job. The recruiters are also tagged to the candidates they submit, so should you hire them, you’ll know which recruiter to thank. And pay.

As a customer, despite JobAdder’s growth over the last 11 years, in terms of both size and customer base, one thing that remains true is that we feel like we’re listened to. It’s hard when you’re working with a growing business to still have that sense of connectedness with that business, which I’m really pleased to say that we do with JobAdder.
The support we’ve received in terms of onboarding and follow-ups has been absolutely amazing, cannot praise enough the support staff! The mobile app is one thing our recruiters love because a lot of them can be working remotely. So they might go to a meeting and a candidate interview, then go back to another meeting and use the speech-to-text functionality.
We now have a really solid core ATS. It’s enabling our recruiters to spend more time with candidates and also lets us now focus on the applicant’s experience and, following into that, the employee experience. One major achievement would be our time to hire. That’s been smashed down to around 22-odd days so we’ve halved what the KPI was.
I get rave reviews about the product from the team and when they’re going out of their way to say ‘hey we finally found it’… It says everything. They’re happier and producing more and it just creates a win-win culture and a fabulous team. It’s easy to navigate your way through the JobAdder system… there is an intuitiveness to it that would lead you along the way even if you didn’t know what you were doing. There’s also a constant desire to improve the system… to create more features and benefits for those that want to participate in it.
People don’t understand the power of JobAdder or what JobAdder has – it’s an amazing tool. You feel totally at home. That’s how I feel when I come into the office in the morning, I’m actually looking forward to going to work. Because I like my job with JobAdder, it makes my life just so much easier.
JobAdder is the most nimble and adaptable system we have used and having moved on to it from Bullhorn, our productivity has increased immensely. Data is easy to load, searching is much more agile and we are finding candidates we did not know we had.
