You can really see how far ahead in the process managers are – it gives me a bird’s eye view of the recruitment process and where we are falling down. So the best thing for us about JobAdder is the fact that it provides a central location where we can store information, we can share information, we can communicate via it, so whoever is working on a specific role or project at a certain time can always access all of the information they need, so there’s never a black spot in our communication or our productivity based on which team member is working at a specific time.
We know that JobAdder will be the best recruitment tool for us – it doesn’t matter what country. It’s part of having the right people in place from the beginning to get to the goal in the end. So I feel like it’s a long-term relationship with JobAdder. JobAdder is a step above some of the recruitment platforms I’ve used. It makes the process more efficient in really sifting through what’s coming in.
The implementation process was very slick. We had a timeline that was all spelled out for us, we could access that exactly the same way that the team at JobAdder could access it. So it’s very clear we knew what was happening and when. If there was any changes or additions we were told about them and updated on them. Implementing JobAdder has allowed us to bring much better consistency and clarity to the way that we do things.
Since the teams have been using the new CRM the feedback has been that it’s made managing the recruitment process more efficient, providing more time for them to spend on the part of the job they’re passionate about, with their candidates and clients.
The integration work JobAdder carried out was simply excellent. They conveyed complex processes to us in language we could understand and completed the work with minimum fuss.
I would say we’re 2-3 times quicker getting to market now then we have been previously, our ad posting is saving us a huge amount of time. We’re getting back 200 minutes a month. JobAdder provides efficiency around back-end administration, with good responsive support and is very progressive in regards to enhancements. I have no problems recommending JobAdder because overall, it’s a system that’s really hard to beat.
The mobile app is one thing our recruiters love because a lot of them can be working remotely. So they might go to a meeting and a candidate interview, then go back to another meeting and use the speech-to-text functionality.
