At the end of the day, JobAdder just seemed much cleaner and easier to use and had much more functionality so it was a pretty easy decision. We’re not having to go to JobAdder and request changes. You can really see how far ahead in the process managers are – it gives me a bird’s eye view of the recruitment process and where we are falling down. I also really love that you can set up email templates, where I can bulk email [and] insert fields so it looks more personalised. JobAdder has really changed the way that we work, as well as the access through Analytics that we’ve now got to manipulate and interrogate data as well.

JobAdder was amazing with its career update function. We’ve started using that and it’s becoming really effective.
