The implementation process was very slick. We had a timeline that was all spelled out for us, we could access that exactly the same way that the team at JobAdder could access it. So it’s very clear we knew what was happening and when. If there was any changes or additions we were told about them and updated on them. Implementing JobAdder has allowed us to bring much better consistency and clarity to the way that we do things.
A client could ring us on a Sunday night needing people the next day. We can go into JobAdder, bulk text candidates and see responses coming back immediately. We can then say to the client, ‘done and dusted.’ It helps us to actually win business because we have a speed of response to market.
The integration work JobAdder carried out was simply excellent. They conveyed complex processes to us in language we could understand and completed the work with minimum fuss.
I think that the reason that we were really impressed was that it was just a very simple look and feel and was aesthetically pleasing. We could tell right away that it was powerful, but just the aesthetic was clean and again simple. You guys weren’t overthinking everything. We’ve really been pleased.
